FAU College ID Camp for High School Age Players

From 10:00 AM-4:00 PM on the Henderson Soccer Fields on the Boca Raton campus of FAU. Please complete the form, print and mail it with your payment and medical release form to the address listed below. For online payment and registration, click here. Please bring a ball, shin guards, water bottle and snacks if you want them! The ID Camp gives you the opportunity to see what it like to be an NCAA Division I athlete. The morning session will involve technical activities and small group games. The afternoon session will include some tactical concepts applied in a full field game. Local college coaches will be conducting the sessions allowing you to experience coaching at the next level. Register now as space is limited.

FAU is the new home of magicJack, Women's Professional Soccer!! Each registration to the ID camp will recieve a ticket to a magicJack game. After a day of training and competing, you can watch the pros play! This is your chance to see the best players in the world playing right here on the campus of FAU. magicJack will play all nine of their home games at the FAU Soccer Stadium. The team has seven U.S. National Team members including Abby Wambach, Hope Solo, Shannon Boxx, Christie Rampone, Lindsay Tarpley, Meghan Klingenberg and Becky Sauerbrunn.

10:00 AM-12:00 PM Technical session, small-sided games.
12:15 PM- 1:15 PM Lunch (included in registration fee).
1:30 PM- 4:00 PM Warm-up, 11v11 games.
4:15 PM- 5:15 PM Dinner (included in registration fee).
5:30 PM- 6:30 PM Question and Answer- Preview of the magicJack vs. Atlanta Beat

Medical Release/Hold Harmless Agreement

I approve of my child attending the e-soccer.com camp at Florida Atlantic University, and I certify that she is in good health and able to participate in all the activities. I authorize the staff of e-soccercamps.com to act for me according to their judgement in an emergency requiring medical attention, including treatment by physicians.

By signing below, I hereby assume any and all risks which are incumbent with any excursion of program and extracurricular activities in which my child might participate, with realization that these activities may subject her to personal bodily injury or property damage risks. I am aware that certain dangers may occur including, but not limited to, physical contact with other individuals and/or athletic equipment and facilities which may result in cuts, abrasions, sprains, strains, bruises, concussion and fractures. Being fully aware of these dangers, I nevertheless, voluntarily choose to allow my child to participate in the e-soccercamps.com program and assume all the risks arising therefor.

I so hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge the State of Florida, Florida Atlantic University and all who plan, direct or otherwise participate in the aforementioned program, and from all actions, account of any and all injury, directly or indirectly sustained by my child as a consequence of her participation in the above mentioned sports camp. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with attendance at camp. I have read and understand the foregoing assumptions of this risk and release document, and I do freely accept its terms.
